DSAT Tec Deep Diver

Tec Odyssey 3

Dedicated and well prepared students can push the envelope with our DSAT Tec Deep Diver course.

After successful completion of the DSAT Tec Deep Diver course you will be qualified to conduct gas-switching-extended range decompression dives and accelerated deco dives using air and enriched air to the safe limits of air.

You will understand the hazards and risks involved in technical diving, and will know how to prepare for and handle most reasonable and foreseeable emergencies.

This detailed class is equipment intensive.  We offer it both as a stand alone course or as an (almost) all inclusive course allowing the student to try our various types and brands of technical diving rigs before investing in personal gear.

We must emphasize that Certification at this level is “EARNED” & is not a reward for paying and participating in the course.

Students may take this course in using either the more conventional back mounted double tank configuration or the increasingly popular sidemount configuration.

Below you will find brief descriptions of the various levels of the PADI DSAT TEC DEEP Courses. Please note that in addition to the prices listed below we also offer a “Bundled” plan that includes all levels of the course as well as some extra courses at a special package price based on prepayment.

Technical diving is marked by significantly more equipment and training requirements to manage the additional hazard this type of diving entails. Tec diving isn’t for everyone, but for those who hear its challenge call, the PADI TecRec courses are the answer.
